Sitting in the Tower

I’m doing a Open House in one of the high-rises in The Colony in Bonita Springs. When I first got here I thought, ” Why would anyone want to live in an condo building with so many nice houses around?”
After going up to the 14th floor and seeing the view, I understood. Fantastic

views for miles. The Gulf, Fort Myers Beach, etc – you see for forever. Sitting in a 3100 sqft unit watching the birds, golfers, and the momma gator that hangs out in the lagoon below.
The units are all taken care of for the owners, great security, lush grounds, and a private island that you can go to for the day. I can see why part time residents like them.
Back to work.

Sometimes you’re so busy you don’t have time to enjoy the view, but when it’s slow it makes a difference. You can watch everything from golfers to gators. People who buy in the highrises have tremendous views. Imagine sitting on your lanai, cocktail in hand, watching the sunset. Not too bad! Of, course, when I’m there no cocktails, but the view is always great.
