The news continues to be good and most notable is the 5% increase in average and median sales prices. While May numbers reflect the normal seasonal shift, they are still very strong in all price categories for both closed and pended sales.

Thanks for the data. You only see bad news on the national news feeds. Nice to know something is improving.

If it bleeds it leads – the standard mantra for a news program. Plus, they don’t look at specific areas, they take a national average or else use the most exciting headline they can find.
Things are getting better, but it’s going to take a some time before everything recovers – years. Still, sideways/upward is better than downward.
